- 1996; Edmund focus on the market of electric vehicle because the vehicle reduces dependency on hydrocarbon fuels. So, Stars had developing the HPMC (High Power Motor Controller) for EVs include series motor controllers, permanent magnet motor controllers and separately excited motor controllers.
- 2000; Stars succeed to develop the HFPB (HF High Power Battery Charger)
